50% Deposit
Ready to move forward? We collect a 50% deposit and get to work.
We Build Your Machine
Over the next ~2 weeks, we configure your Donatello Box -- connecting it to your email, calendar, project tools, and everything else. We'll reach out with questions along the way.
Remaining 50% Before Shipping
Your box is built and tested. We collect the remaining balance before it ships out.
48-Hour Solo Period
Once you receive your box, you're on your own for 48 hours. No troubleshooting from us -- on purpose. The goal is for you to get familiar with your employee and discover how intuitive it really is. You'll surprise yourself.
4 Hours of Onboarding Support
After the solo period, we provide 4 hours of Q&A and onboarding support. Ask anything -- we'll make sure you and your employee are dialed in.
